It is our belief that too often children with special needs are forgotten and marginalized.  That is why the main objective of our project is to ensure your child receives an appropriate individualized education.  Because each child is unique, the most important part of our advocacy work is your child.

 

Advocacy requires knowing your child, understanding their disability, needs, and working in collaboration with school districts. We encourage and teach our parents to advocate for themselves and help them to understand their child's rights. We value the uniqueness of each child and the importance of a parents role as their child's most powerful advocate.

 

We model after a team approach to accomplishing this which includes, your child, parents, educators, school administrators and advocates.
